現代中国における競技選手育成システム
―1980年代以降の中国競技スポーツ改革を中心に
近年、「オリンピック金メダル戦略」の下、中国の
競技スポーツは非常に盛んになり、成長は驚くほど、
迅速である。しかし、中国においてほとんどの競技選
手は普通の学校ではなく、体育行政機関により設立された
競技選手を育成する専門的な体育学校によって育てられている。
学校スポーツと大学スポーツは中国の競技スポーツに大きく貢献している
という効果がまだ見られない。中国の競技スポーツの発展は、より政府主導型
の見るスポーツから国民自ら参加する型へ変化させ、より学校スポーツに組み
込まれるべきである。

Developing system of competitive players in modern Chinese
