Responsibilities:

• Key member of the leadership team in HPFS Shanghai Hub
• Manage a team of colleagues responsible for effective and efficient system processing of various Put-On and Lifecycle tasks, in support of the Customer Delivery Teams.
• Work with Customer Delivery Managers (CDMs) to set appropriate objectives, goals and metrics for measuring the success of the Delivery Support Team, including SLAs.  Drive high performance and exceed operational metrics
• Provide leadership to the Delivery Support colleagues.
• Facilitates teams ability to provide seamless delivery and excellent service to customer delivery teams.
• Responsible for team level attainment of service level agreements, processing accuracy and efficient processes.
• Manage business priorities within the team, effectively balancing workloads and leveraging team resources.
• Partner with CDMs, Finance and other support units to understand priorities and transactional turnaround time requirements.
• Ensure colleagues have appropriate tools and competencies to perform effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure Team Members are in compliance with policies and procedures and that audit deficiencies are rectified.
• Work in conjunction with Business Process to identify and implement changes, improvements and efficiencies
• Cascade key information and business metrics to Delivery Support Team on a regular basis.
• Facilitation of regular team meetings (individually and collectively) utilizing effective meeting tools and processes (e.g. agendas, meeting notes, effective communication tools such as the "Six Hats" framework, etc.)
• Systemic analysis and management of the Delivery Support colleague competencies, capabilities, and development requirements.
• Performance management responsibilities for Delivery Support colleagues
• Responsible for interfacing with "in-source" and "outsource" partners for transaction handling.
• Support system testing requirements
• Potential rotational opportunities into CDM role

Experience:

• Possess leasing industry or financial services experience in an operational process role, with a strong system processing background.
• Applicable educational qualification (degrees, etc.)
• Experience similar to Customer Delivery Manager is preferable.
• Experience in supporting multi-country needs
• Leadership of a large customer focused team
• Proven ability to build a high-performance team
