오늘도 웃으면서 한단락 기억해봅시다^^

Don is in the doctor's office.

Doctor: What seems to be the trouble?
    Don: My tooth hurts.
Doctor: Then you should see a dentist.
    Don: Aren't you a dentist?
Doctor: No, I'm a doctor.
    Don: I thought that sign outside said "Dentist."
Doctor: No,It's says "Doctor."
    Don: Oh,I'm sorry.
           [He goes to leave.]
Doctor: Just one thing.
    Don: Yes?
Doctor: After you've seen the dentist, you'd better come back and see me again.
    Don: Why?
Doctor: Because I'm an eye doctor, and I think you need glasses.

Notes
1) What seems to be the trouble?
   「どうしましたか」医者が患者の訴えを聞く決まり文句。Hou are we today?という言い方もあります。
    youではなく、weというのが面白いです。
2) hurts 「痛む」
3) dentist「歯医者」のこと
4) said このように主語が無生物の時にsayを使います。
5) goes to~ 「～しはじめる」　begin to ~と同じですが、go to~には、まだ行動に移っていない感じがあり　ます。

医者：どうぃましたか。
ドン：歯が痛いんです。
医者：じゃ、歯医者に行くべきですよ。
ドン：あなたは歯医者さんじゃないですか。
医者：いいえ。私は医者です。
ドン：外の看板には、「歯科医」と書いてあったと思いますけど。
医者：いや、「医師」と書いてありますよ。
ドン：そりゃ、どうもすみませんでした。
　　[彼は、帰ろうとする]
医者：それからですね......
ドン：は？
医者：歯科医に見てもらった後で、もう一度私のところに来られたほうがいいですよ。
ドン：とおっしゃると？
医者：私は眼科医ですからね、あなたには眼鏡が必要なんじゃないですかな。
