この無料電話相談会は、日本に滞在する外国人が急増
し、外国人・難民の法的ニーズが高まっているのを受け、
現在、日弁連法務研究財団の研究事業として、有志の
弁護士、NGO 関係者、研究者で行っている、外国人・
難民事件を専門的に取り扱うリーガルセンターの設置
の検討の一環として行うものです。
This event has been planned in relation to the research
of the Japan Law Foundation being made by lawyers,
NGOs and researchers on the necessity of starting a
specialized law office/center for foreigners/refugees,
to cope with the rapid increase of the non-citizen
population in Japan.
